Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and optimization of satellite platforms. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining and managing system requirements, optimizing technical budgets, analyzing and validating spacecraft architectures, and supporting integration and testing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and optimizing technical budgets for satellite systems.
  • Defining and managing system requirements for complex spacecraft.
  • Assessing test approaches and methodologies for satellite integration.
  • Conducting detailed analyses and simulations to validate spacecraft performance.
  • Supporting low-level system integration and testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in spacecraft systems engineering and subsystems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of MBSE methodologies for developing complex systems.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, thermal, radiation, and propulsion systems for space applications.
  • Experience with space-related analysis and design tools such as CATIA, NASTRAN / PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD.
  • Hands-on approach to cross-functional technical issues and collaboration.
  • Understanding of New Space trends and techniques for innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in low-level system integration and testing techniques.
  • Strong experience in technical documentation and project reporting using ECSS methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and verify system configurations under operational constraints.
  • Additional Valued Skills

    Knowledge of Capella MBSE Tool or Valispace is desired, along with experience with Python or other scripting languages.

    Education & Experience

    We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field and at least 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.

    Language Skills

    English language skills are required, with a minimum B2 level.
