About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to engage with our current and potential clients as part of a special outreach project. Your role will be essential in maintaining strong relationships, sharing updates, reactivating inactive clients, and collecting valuable feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calls (Provided database) :

Inform clients about ongoing promotions, product launches, and events.

Log interests, objections, questions, and call outcomes.

Maintain daily logs : client status, call outcomes, and next steps.

Send follow-ups, reminders, and links via WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms.
