Strategic Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

Our organization is committed to providing data insights that drive business growth and improvement. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and delivering management information (MI) that supports strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with experience in working with business leaders to understand and interpret financial and underwriting data. You will be responsible for implementing methods to improve data reliability and quality, analyzing raw data, and developing and maintaining datasets.

You will also be involved in the development of annual operating plans, quarterly business reviews, and project work as needed. Additionally, you will provide operational expertise and consultancy capability to drive and deliver operational effectiveness and benefits in line with strategic and operational plans.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain datasets to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, anomalies, gaps, and opportunities
• Implement methods to improve data reliability and quality
• Support the preparation of forecasts and portfolio mix selection
• Provide operational expertise and consultancy capability to drive and deliver operational effectiveness and benefits
Requirements :
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Skills :
• Programming languages : Python, R, Qlik, C, C#, Tableau, PowerBI
• Data analytics, manipulation, and modeling
• Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
