We are seeking a technical expert to lead our Salesforce platform. This role will focus on delivering core capabilities, including Sales, Service, and Loyalty.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical excellence, ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing Salesforce Core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loyalty), covering architecture, delivery, and platform ownership.
- Leading multi-org, multi-market Salesforce environments at scale.
- Coordinating projects and collaboration across cross-functional and global teams using Jira and Confluence.
- Developing internal and external technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with enterprise standards.
