Content Director MENA

About The Role

We are looking for a Content Director based in Barcelona to lead the creative and production strategy for a major sports and entertainment project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . As part of the KL MENA , you will collaborate closely with teams in Riyadh and across the MENA region to produce high-impact content that aligns with our global brand while resonating with diverse local audiences. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage content from concept to execution while navigating cross-cultural collaboration and multilingual environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the full content production lifecycle — from concept development and scripting to execution and post-production — in collaboration with the Riyadh-based team.
• Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and resonates with audiences across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
• Partner with MENA-based teams to localize content appropriately, integrating cultural and regional nuances into storytelling and execution.
• Manage creative and production staff based in Barcelona, coordinating closely with remote teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Actively contribute to scriptwriting and content editing to uphold high narrative quality and consistency across all materials.
• Monitor production schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining top-tier production standards.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, editors, and on-screen talent to bring creative visions to life in alignment with both regional and brand expectations.
• Analyze audience data, trends, and feedback to inform creative direction and content development.
• Ensure ongoing communication and alignment with other global content teams to maintain consistency and quality across all markets.
