At Blip, we drive digital transformation through smart technology solutions.Our Legal team plays a strategic role within the company, ensuring that our operations align with the highest regulatory and ethical standards.That's why we're looking for a Corporate Lawyer who combines strong legal knowledge with solid experience in personal data protection (including GDPR) and the management of complex contracts, to strengthen our team in Madrid.
&## ;The main responsibilities you will have are : Act as a key point of contact for data protection matters , ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable local regulations.Draft and review commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners, with special focus on privacy, confidentiality, and data processing clauses.Assess legal risks in contracts and commercial operations, proposing solutions that balance legal compliance with business objectives.Contribute to the development and improvement of standard contract templates , promoting legal and operational efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, product, technology, compliance), providing agile and business-oriented legal support in a tech-driven environment.
Law degree obtained from an accredited university.At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate environments or law firms, with a focus on commercial contracts and personal data protection .
Experience with contracts related to technology services or software (SaaS) .
Advanced knowledge of GDPR and Spanish regulations related to privacy and contracts .
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements .
Advanced level of legal English (both written and spoken).
It will be a plus if you have : ~ Intermediate or higher level of Portuguese .
