Senior Accounting Professional

We are currently seeking a seasoned accounting expert to join our team in Madrid. As part of our Financial Services division, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.

• Prepare quarterly accounting closing for our companies, including operational and financial reports.
• Maintain the highest standards in financial reporting, adhering to IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Ensure accurate balance reconciliations and recording of accounting provisions related to real estate and property management companies.
• Analyze actuals vs. budget and forecast deviations to optimize financial performance.
• Support internal and external audits for all financial matters, providing expert knowledge and insights.
• Develop and submit statutory annual accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will thrive in dynamic environments and be proficient in English and Spanish. Experience in the real estate sector or audit firm is highly valued.

Able to work effectively in project mode, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
