Jr Human Resources Generalist

A multinational engineering and technology company with a strong global presence is seeking a HR Generalist to join its HR team in the Barcelona office (Gavà). The organization specializes in innovation-driven engineering solutions and fosters a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

As part of a growing HR team, you’ll support a wide range of HR processes including HR administration, employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding, timekeeping, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their HR knowledge in a dynamic international setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation

Handle timekeeping management and respond to common HR inquiries (benefits, policies, hiring process)

Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires

Coordinate documentation and data entry in the company’s global HRIS system

Assist with preparation of offer letters, contracts, and reference checks

Act as a liaison with benefits providers and vendors

Support in risk prevention and occupational health documentation (PRL)

Conduct audits of HR records to ensure compliance

Assist the HR Manager in administrative and recruitment support tasks

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

Previous HR-related experience

High level of confidentiality and discretion

Strong computer skills : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach

Familiarity with local labor laws is a plus

Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is desirable
