YNS operates in 11 markets across Europe and LATAM, with headquarters in Barcelona. In 2021, the American company RealSelf acquired YNS as part of their expansion plan. RealSelf is headquartered in NY and operates in the US, Canada, Australia, and UK with a similar business model.

As a group, we are the leading marketplace in the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry. Our mission is to empower people to make confident decisions about aesthetic treatments. Our customers are clinics and doctors, and our consumers are their potential patients.

We are transforming from an SEO-oriented marketplace to a social media and user-centric platform. We are working on passionate projects across Product & Tech, Marketing, Sales & Operations to grow sales threefold in a scalable and profitable manner.

We are a talented team leading content in the rapidly growing aesthetics industry. With experienced C-Level leadership (CEO / GM and COO), we seek a Head of Finance with strong financial expertise to lead our financial strategy and support legal structuring. As Head of Finance, you will be the financial architect of our growth journey. You will take full ownership of the finance department, redesign and improve internal processes, ensure compliance with accounting and tax obligations, and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, suitable for someone comfortable in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
