Role Description We are looking for a Talent & Culture Specialist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and hands-on experience in fast-paced startup or final-company environments. You will be the driving force behind building Zynap’s team, taking full ownership of recruitment strategies and execution. Beyond hiring, you will also play a pivotal role in developing people processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience, and helping shape the culture of a growing cybersecurity startup.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (technical and business roles), ensuring an excellent candidate experience and fast, effective hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build scalable recruitment strategies.
Own the full employee lifecycle : hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
Design and implement startup-friendly HR policies (vacation, remote work, training, etc.).
Build and continuously improve onboarding processes to guarantee fast integration of new hires.
Drive culture and employee engagement initiatives (feedback sessions, rituals).
Oversee basic HR operations : payroll, contracts, benefits, legal compliance (with support from external providers).
Support managers and team members with growth, learning, and performance processes.
Foster transparent communication across teams and reinforce a strong, motivated company culture.
Qualifications Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience with a strong track record in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a startup or final-company (not only agency / consulting).
Proven ability to recruit across different profiles (engineering, product, business).
Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle in dynamic, scaling environments.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to create structure from scratch.
Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a “culture builder” mindset.
Fluent in English; Spanish required.
Comfortable using digital HR tools (ATS, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.).
Genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity is a plus.
