Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) Finance Senior Consultant

Responsibilities Successfully implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules for international client projects

Provide high-quality business and software application services

Develop sustainable and effective client solutions

Follow structured project methodologies to ensure successful delivery according to plan

Maintain strong business knowledge, professional skills, and client-focused behavior

Proactively identify project risks and manage or escalate them appropriately

Share regular progress updates with stakeholders through formal and informal channels

Contribute to pre-sales efforts when needed

Represent the organization with professionalism and a positive attitude

Offer proactive advice based on industry best practices

Requirements Proven experience as a senior finance consultant

5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience, ideally involving international rollouts

Lead consultant on at least five full-cycle international ERP implementations

Strong expertise in finance modules and a background in a finance-related role

Solid pre-sales experience with strong presentation skills

Passion for mentoring and coaching team members

Fluent in spoken and written English

Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently

Willing to take on extra responsibilities and challenges

Enjoys collaborating within international teams

Remote : The candidate needs to be based in Europe with a short flight path to clients in Europe or Spain
