Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics F&O Finance Functional Consultant to join a major transformation program in Madrid. The role involves engaging with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing finance solutions, and implementing Dynamics 365 F&O to support global operations. The consultant will configure finance modules, develop functional design documents, and ensure seamless integration with other systems while providing testing, training, and go-live support. This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility international program with long-term prospects and career growth.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance modules including General Ledger, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on implementation experience as a Dynamics F&O Functional Consultant
• Hands-on implementation in at least 4 finance modules mandatory
• Experience in at least 2 full implementation cycles
• Experience upgrading NAV to Dynamics F&O and upgrading Dynamics F&O to higher versions
• Strong understanding of finance and operations processes
• Experience with intercompany activities and multi-entity management
• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and team members
• Dynamics 365 F&O Certification mandatory
• Experience with data migration from AX or other systems
• Experience with data migration and opening balance upload processes
