As part of our growing team in Barcelona, we are looking for a Talent Recruiter to manage recruitment for one of our historical clients, a leader in its field.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Defining recruitment needs with the client and ensuring a deep understanding of the roles to be filled.
• Sourcing candidates on job boards, through networking, and leveraging our recruitment tools.
• Conducting phone screenings and technical assessments.
• Submitting candidates to clients and providing them with all necessary details.
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle, including coordinating interviews with the client and following up until a job offer is made.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the process.
