Principal Platform Engineer - IOT Team

Fresco is looking for a Principal Platform Engineer for our IoT Team with Python and AWS experience to drive the design and development of the next generation of our multi-sided smart kitchen platform : the Fresco KitchenOS. Fresco is experiencing significant growth as an end-to-end IoT and guided cooking platform providing award-winning capabilities and experiences for appliance manufacturers, recipe producers, and home cooks.

You will be based out of our Madrid office or remotely within Spain, reporting to the VP of Platform Engineering, who is also based in Spain.

As a Principal Platform Engineer, you'll :

• Lead the Architectural Vision : Define and champion the technical roadmap for Fresco KitchenOS IoT Platform, ensuring scalability for millions of users.
• Mentor and Inspire : Guide and empower your team to deliver world-class engineering solutions.
• Forge Strategic Partnerships : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the seamless integration of KitchenOS.
• Champion Innovation : Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Technical Expertise : Provide deep technical expertise across the entire platform, from firmware to databases and APIs.
