At ING we are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert to join our Recruitment & Employer Branding Team of the Talent & Learning Expert Unit .
Your role and work environment :
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert to contribute to recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from day one, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process to the offer stage.
- Conduct initial screening of applicants, including phone interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Advise and support hiring managers in defining recruitment needs and developing effective hiring strategies.
- Select and utilize the most appropriate recruitment tools and channels for each vacancy.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key talent communities and technical niches relevant to the business.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques to ensure best-in-class hiring practices.
Employer branding
Drive and enhance employer brand awareness both externally in the market and internally within the company.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to define and execute employer branding campaigns across multiple channels.Strengthen the company’s reputation and positioning by participating in certifications, awards, and industry events.What are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience attracting top digital talent.Highly valued previous experience in recruiting IT professionals.Professional background in human resources, psychology, business administration or related fields.High level of English and Spanish.Proactive attitude and positive approach.Ability to self-manage, with a positive manner and a strong team and delivery focus.Proven success of attracting and selecting top talent.Experience in competencies-based interviews.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.What do we offer?
