Position : Asset Management Analyst

You will report to the Head of Asset Management and Sector Lead Retail and Healthcare and be part of AXA IM Alts RE Asset Management.

Job Purpose : Contribute to managing and creating value in the Iberia property portfolio by supporting asset managers and ESG local lead, focusing on data management, quality assurance, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The analyst will support a dynamic Madrid-based Asset Management team, responsible for :

• Assisting team members with daily tasks and deadline compliance.
• Financial modelling : setting up and ensuring quality of financial models (DCF, Excel, Anaplan, etc.).
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for asset reviews and sector reports.
• Managing data : collecting, analyzing, and ensuring the quality and consistency of technical, financial, legal, tax, ESG, and commercial data.
• Supporting reporting : building and monitoring budgets, cash flows, and KPIs, interacting with property managers and partners.
• Monitoring asset performance : reviewing KPIs and P&L, attending business reviews, and suggesting performance improvements.
• Assisting ESG initiatives : data consolidation, strategy development, and preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting transactions : onboarding and disposal documentation management.

Qualifications and Experience

RICS qualification is aplus.

Knowledge and Skills

knowledge of Portugal is a plus.

French or Portuguese isa plus.
