Senior Digital Asset Management Professional

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to provide top-notch developments and support to our platform, as well as maintain its infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities Technical Support : Provide third-level technical support and maintenance to the platform

Platform Management : Maintain the platform's infrastructure and ensure smooth operations

Primary Contact : Be the primary contact for platform owner, technical issues, and OpenText-related matters

Development : Develop stories for various teams including Platform, Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking, and Telecom Teams

Testing : Write test cases and track release status together with Release Management

About You You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field is required

Strong background in software engineering and expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices

Excellent English language skills (C1 level) are essential for working with international teams
