The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an instrumental role focused on generating and qualifying new leads to support sales pipeline growth across the German-speaking (DACH) market. This position is pivotal to identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and serving as the initial ambassador for the company in this key region.

As a Sales Development Representative, your core responsibilities will include :

Conducting targeted outbound outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to identify and develop relationships with potential customers.

Scheduling qualified introductory meetings , product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the senior sales team.

Maintaining accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes within the CRM system

Bilingual fluency is essential for success in covering the DACH market :

Full business fluency in German, both spoken and written .

Business fluent in English .
