Digital Insurance Project Manager - Spanish Speaker (Fully Remote)

Descripción del trabajoFUNCTIONS : JOB PURPOSE The Insurance Manager is responsible for securing day-to-day business operations through closing insurance products and drive the strategy to provide guarantee support on our clientE operations This role is set up at Holding level and provide support to all business unitsMAIN FUNCTIONS 1. Analysis and Negotiation analyse the insurance portfolio to define the best portfolio to manage in the best interest of the company Settlements and adjustments of insurance policies within international programs. Support other functions (Purchasing, customers relation, legal) in the negotiation of insurance clauses / risk analysis with clients and, suppliers and providers. 2. Monitoring / Reporting Define an insurance strategy in line with the Group risk Managing the value declaration process (PDBI) Processing and monitoring of Group claims & insurance cost.S 3. Training follow up and documentation Manage the insurance policy compliance within the Group (Delegation of authority, Entities local programs,) Participation in training to different areas of the company. Collaboration in the preparation / adjustment of manuals and implementation of Area policies.
