Overview
Maintenance Manager role at Hudson RPO. An international restaurant group is seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee the technical maintenance function across more than 500 restaurants in Southern Europe. This is a key position within the operations structure, with direct responsibility for maintenance strategy, compliance, service continuity, and supplier performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the preventive and corrective maintenance strategy across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
- Manage local technical teams and coordinate external maintenance providers.
- Establish processes, KPIs, and quality standards for all locations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance regarding equipment, installations, and maintenance contracts.
- Collaborate closely with construction, operations, procurement, and expansion teams to support business continuity.
- Contribute to projects involving energy efficiency, sustainability, and maintenance digitization.
Requirements
Academic background in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.7–10+ years of experience in technical maintenance management, ideally within multi-site industries (QSR, retail, hospitality, etc.).Proven ability to manage internal teams and external contractors.Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.Fluent in both English and Spanish (this is essential).Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., Portuguese or Italian) is a plus.What’s offered
