Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

One of our international clients is seeking a

Finance Manager

to lead

financial operations across Spain

• . This strategic role will report to senior leadership and play a key part in supporting business performance, compliance, and expansion plans.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure proper implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations.

Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and supervise monthly closings and reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.

Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives.

Support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.

Participate in business expansion projects, including financial modeling and risk analysis.

Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to

manage and develop finance teams

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
