As our inbound lead flow grows, we’re looking for a
smart, proactive, and people-oriented Account Executive
to
turn interest into action —and help us convert more
buyer
and
seller
leads into signed mandates.
Your Role You’ll join at a critical moment in the client journey,
after the first discovery call , which is handled by one of the two co-founders of Terreta Spain. From there, your job is to
follow up closely, and close , working across both buyer and seller profiles to increase : The number of
search mandates
signed (clients looking to buy) The number of
sales mandates
signed (clients selling property)
Your day-to-day will include : Managing and qualifying warm inbound leads Organizing and updating the CRM (HubSpot) with client interactions (mostly WhatsApp and emails) and next steps Following up methodically to build trust and drive decision-making Sending service proposals and supporting documents Collaborating with the founder and team to refine our commercial processes
✅ Profile We’re Looking For Strong skills in sales, ideally strong connexion with real estate investment. Strong communication skills (written and spoken) Fluent in
2 to 3 languages
is required : French ,
English, and ideally Spanish as well
– Spanish is a strong plus, while French and English are mandatory. Based in
Spain , ideally in
Valencia or Madrid. Structured, proactive, and eager to own your results Comfortable using HubSpot and WhatsApp.
