Do you have a passion for turning data into insights that truly drive customer experience?We are looking for a Technical Data Product Owner to join our Data Analytics & AI team within the EMEA Digital Innovation Hub.In this role, you will define and deliver the roadmap for customer data and analytics products, ensuring that insights are turned into meaningful actions across marketing, sales, and customer experience. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, owning customer analytics products end-to-end : from CDPs, analytics, and data pipelines to the adoption of AI and ML solutions.Your mission will be to make customer data trusted, accessible, and actionable, generating tangible business value across the EMEA region.This is a hybrid role based in Madrid with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.Key Responsibilities- End-to-end delivery : Manage the full lifecycle of Customer Data & Analytics projects, from requirements gathering to production deployment.- Product ownership : Define and prioritize the roadmap for customer analytics products, aligning product vision with business priorities.- Customer 360 analytics : Enable a unified customer view by integrating data from multiple touchpoints (digital, CRM, sales, marketing, etc.).- Data activation : Drive the use of analytics and CDP capabilities for segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.- Data pipelines & platforms : Oversee the design and evolution of ingestion, integration, and governance pipelines.- Technology enablement : Ensure effective adoption and evolution of Customer Data Platforms in alignment with global architectures.- AI & ML solutions : Partner with data scientists to embed predictive and prescriptive models into customer insights.- Stakeholder engagement : Collaborate with marketing, sales, digital, medical, and customer service teams to maximize value creation.- Agile execution : Manage backlogs, sprints, and releases, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.What We’re Looking For- 6–8+ years’ experience in digital analytics, customer insights, and dat technical product ownership (this is not a marketing role).- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, visualization, integration, and governance best practices.- Experience with AI / ML applications for customer insights (segmentation, scoring, personalization).- Hands-on experience with CDPs and knowledge of digital analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tealium).- Proven track record as Technical Product Owner or similar role in agile delivery environments.- Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, prototyping, and innovation practices.- Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent.- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).- A passion for customer-centric innovation and data-driven decision-making.Core Competencies- Strategic agility – balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.- Customer obsession – focusing on solutions that maximize value for customers.- Innovation & curiosity – experimenting, learning fast, and iterating.- Influence & persuasion – aligning diverse stakeholders behind product vision.- Data storytelling – translating complex insights into compelling narratives.- Collaboration & teamwork – building trust and alignment across distributed teams.Why Join UsBased in Madrid, you will be part of the EMEA Digital Innovation Hub, helping shape how we use customer data to create better experiences and stronger business outcomes.
