German Speaking Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a German speaking customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance in both German and English.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and emails, providing clear and professional support, and ensuring a solution-oriented approach. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer queries and concerns related to credit card and transaction issues.

This is a permanent contract role with a two-month trial period. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, between 9 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m. (split shift), with 39 hours per week and one rotating day per week. A gross annual salary of €23,500 is offered, consisting of a base salary of €22,000 and a sign-on bonus of €1,500. The training program is fully paid and included in the contract.
