We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Training Manage r. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, managing, and delivering impactful learning programs for our business and recruitment communities. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our training initiatives.
Your missions :
Design and implementation of learning programs
Build and manage learning paths adapted to different management levels (managers, senior managers, department managers).
Create engaging and effective learning content, including e-learning modules, webinars, and in-person sessions.
Organize and lead qualification meetings to assess training needs and measure expected impact.
Stakeholder collaboration and content validation
Work closely with training owners and subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and quality of training materials.
Align training programs with business priorities through continuous dialogue with business leaders and recruitment teams.
Team leadership and operational excellence
Manage and support a team of training officers (content creation) and training coordinators (logistics).
Ensure smooth and efficient execution of all training activities, fostering a collaborative team culture.
Strategic and cross-functional contribution
Participate in key departmental projects such as skills framework integration, and trainer recognition initiatives.
Your profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on program and content design for business population
Proven experience in team management
Knowledge of digital learning tools and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with Qualiopi certification is a strong asset.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in the consulting sector is a plus.
You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while fostering innovation.
Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
