Overview Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, implementing, developing and evaluating new, engaging and effective training programs.

Job Description The Instructional Designer will work closely with the Digital Solutions Service team to ensure regulatory compliance and certification of software products. This position is part of the Digital Solutions Service team located in Lliçá d'Amunt (Barcelona) that provides 2nd level support to Werfen Affiliates and distributors internationally on regards of Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and document learning solution programs that support learning best practices, address needs identified in a job / task analysis and improve the performance of Digital Solutions Service Community members and affiliates.

Follow the standard ADDIE instructional Design processes, including participating in the need's analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training materials.

Interact with our team members for planning and scoping training requirements.

Attending to trainings deliveries to analyze the current structure and propose improvements.

Developing course-specific job aids and performance support materials.

Participate in the creation of the Trainings and Webinars calendar.

Partner with other members of Corporate Trainings Groups to adapt trainings into eLearning formats.

Participate in the reviewing of the training materials and deliverables to ensure the highest quality.

Creation of video deliveries for Trainings and Webinars based on the material provided by the Digital Solutions Service team.

Create and follow the learning delivery standard and process.

Requirements Education : Communications, Multimedia or Educational studies.

Experience : At least 2 years of Learning Materials design experience.

Experienced with Learning Management Systems.

Practical experience with Articulate 360.

Additional Skills / Knowledge : Knowledge of video edition and multimedia creation tools.

Customer focused and able to interact effectively with a diverse range of people at multiple organizational levels.

Ability to understand technical information and adapt it to learning solutions.

Strong computer user skills and knowledge of MS Office suite.

Training delivery in international environment experience is desired.

Healthcare Industry knowledge is a plus.
