Site Engineer

to join our

Steelworks Department

for an exciting large-scale construction project in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic international team and contribute to one of the most significant structural works currently underway in the city.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise on-site steelwork installation and construction activities.

Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, safety standards, and schedules.

Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.

Monitor daily progress, identify issues, and implement practical solutions.

Support the project team in achieving milestones on time and within quality standards.

Requirements

Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering field.

3+ years of experience in on-site construction supervision (steel structures preferred).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

B2 in English; Spanish.
