Backend Engineer (PHP)

One of our partners, a leading international tech company in the eCommerce sector, is looking for Backend Engineers to join their growing team in Barcelona .

We are open to candidates with strong experience in PHP who are eager to transition into Golang, as well as developers already working with Go who want to deepen their expertise in a technically challenging and collaborative environment.

What you’ll do :

Design and build scalable and efficient systems to improve a high-traffic eCommerce platform.

Work closely with QA to ensure the quality and stability of new features.

Continuously refactor and optimize code for performance and maintainability.

Monitor and improve the stability and performance of production systems.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

What we’re looking for :

Solid experience as a Backend Developer with PHP (ideally Symfony ) and / or Golang.

Eagerness to learn Go if you come from a PHP background.

Experience building APIs and working with scalable architectures.

Familiarity with AWS (S3, SNS, SQS) is a plus.

Strong English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
