Job Title : Senior PHP Back-end Developer

Company : Qbind plataformas SL (Spanish Insurtech)

Location : Hybrid (80% Remote / 20% in office)

Requirements : Proficiency in English is mandatory. Experience in the Insurance industry is highly appreciated as well as projects with AI.

About Us : Qbind is an innovative insurtech company specializing in revolutionizing the insurance industry through cutting-edge technology solutions. Our software has more than 12 years in the insurance market. We're seeking a talented Senior PHP Back-end Developer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description : As a Senior PHP Back-end Developer at Qbind, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our robust back-end systems. Your expertise will contribute to the continued success of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain PHP-based back-end systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the development roadmap.
  • Be part in AI projects we are currently implementing.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in PHP.
  • Significant experience with the CakePHP framework is a plus.
  • Experience with PostgreSql.
  • JavaScript programming with good knowledge of jQuery.
  • Good knowledge of HTML / CSS.
  • Proficiency in the English language is essential for effective communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Italian is a plus.

  • Competitive salary ranging from 28.000 Eur to 45.000 Eur, with additional bonuses based on experience and profile.
