Overview Key Position Summary
A reputable organization seeks a seasoned Labor Relations Specialist to oversee strategic relations with labor unions and works councils, ensuring regulatory compliance in Spain.
Responsibilities Manage employee relations and collaborate with HR leadership to foster a positive work environment.
Develop and implement collective bargaining agreements, ensuring alignment with current regulations.
Negotiate union contracts and provide expert guidance on labor law and compliance.
Support integration processes during M&A transactions from a labor / legal perspective.
Oversee payroll-related labor aspects and maintain a high level of expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance in Spain.
Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in labor relations, preferably within large or multinational organizations.
Strong expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance in Spain.
Proven experience in union negotiations and collective agreements.
Solid exposure to M&A processes, particularly people integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
