Our team is truly international (19+ nationalities). The role works directly with our Chief Client Officer to turn complex data into actionable insights, scalable analytics, and impactful dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Design and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports.
- Build, optimize, and document ETL / ELT pipelines in AWS and Google Cloud.
- Write efficient SQL / Python code for analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to define KPIs and ensure analytical consistency.
- Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and governance across all projects.
- Support strategic initiatives with insights that drive real business impact.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or similar role.Advanced skills in SQL and Python for analytics and automation.Proven experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker).Hands‑on experience with ETL / ELT pipelines in AWS and / or Google Cloud.Knowledge of data infrastructure as code is a plus.Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.Fluent in English (oral and written).Based in Madrid or nearby (semi‑remote with regular office collaboration).Nice to Have
