Overview

We’re helping a global energy technology leader find someone who combines sharp analytics, business acumen, and consulting skills to solve complex problems and create impact in the energy transition.

What You’ll Do

Explore, analyze, and validate data to support decision making.
Use SQL (mainly in Snowflake) and Excel to extract, transform, and verify insights.
Apply BI tools (Power BI or similar) for descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes, data models, and pain points.
Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders, leading meetings and structuring clear communications.
Translate data into pragmatic, well-prioritized business actions.

What You Bring

Strong critical and analytical thinking.

Proven skills in SQL (Snowflake preferred), Excel, and BI tools.

Experience in descriptive and diagnostic analysis, applying business rules to processed data.

Ability to conduct discovery interviews and communicate complex insights succinctly.

Curiosity to understand business domains and identify patterns and root causes.

Structured, well-organised, collaborative, and fluent in English.
