Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the growth of our business by contributing to technical development, product validation, and customer support.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers within the polyurethane downstream home application industry.
- Deliver high-quality technical services during product line tests.
- Diagnose and resolve quality and technical issues efficiently, support customers in troubleshooting, and manage complaints.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop new customers, conduct factory trials, and support achievement of sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs and industry developments.
- Share insights to support R&D and sales in product improvement, business development, and customer management.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Polymers, Material Science, or related fields (coursework in Polyurethanes is beneficial).Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Polyurethane flexible foam or viscoelastic foam or home applications.Strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.Willingness to travel for business purposes.Languages : Fluency in English is essential for effective communication in a global working environment.
