Life Policy Administrator

• Delivery of efficient administration across the life cycle of life insurance contracts under administration*: receipt and processing of premiums; maintenance of the policy (e.g. change of policy owner change of beneficiary fiscal declarations delivery of valuation statements); and payment of policy benefits (on surrender and death).
• Handling of day-to-day client enquiries* with the objective to provide consistently high standard of service.
• Maintaining positive engagement with the brokers representing the client base.
• Invoicing and banking reconciliations (to ensure premiums and benefits are paid correctly).
• Supports with key regulatory initiatives namely tax processing Know Your Client requests and individual AML scoring of the portfolios under administration.
• Project specific tasks supporting the administration of the portfolios. Examples include testing of modifications / new developments within Client Servicing.
• Ensures policy administration is compliant with applicable fiscal and legal regulations and applies operational controls to maintain such adherence.

• Expectation of 3 years industry experience (administration finance or insurance) although less experienced candidates will be considered as our objective is on recruiting the right cultural fit.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office only - training on all policy administration applications support applications and document management systems will be provided.
• Fluency in Spanish with good level of English (B1 or better).
• Ability to work as a team player but also independently.
