We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Planner and Controller to join our team in the UAV industry. In an aeronautical components manufacturing company, the Production Planner and Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring that production processes run efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Master Production Schedule : Analyse sales forecast and customer orders to forecast production schedule and procurements needs aligned with delivery deadlines.

Material Requirement Planning : Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Manage suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Monitoring Production : Coordinate and oversee with Production Team the execution of the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Track production progress.

Coordination with other departments : Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and Production to ensure smooth workflow. Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.

Reporting and Documentation : Prepare reports on procurement performance, production performance and any variances from the schedule. Prepare and maintain an organised record of product information, orders and transactions.

Budget and Planning Support : Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets. Provide support in the development of project plans and schedules. Collaborate with Finance Team to track invoices, expenditure and budget adherence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Proven experience (4-8 years) in project coordination.

Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred).

Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

English will be your working language. Other languages will be highly valued.
