About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and performance‑oriented Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across Meta and Google Ads. You’ll be responsible for launching campaigns from scratch, optimizing performance based on data, and scaling what works. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll collaborate with our marketing, product, and design teams to drive measurable growth. Requirements

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience running and scaling Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong skills in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking tools (Pixel, CAPI, UTM).
• Ability to launch campaigns from scratch, test creatives, and optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Solid understanding of B2B / SaaS funnels and lead generation strategies.
• Experience creating or collaborating on ad creatives and landing pages.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, remote startup environment.
• Highly analytical, resourceful, and results‑driven with excellent communication skills.
• (Bonus) Familiar with organic Reddit marketing (not ads).
• (Bonus) Experience with ad compliance and cloaking tools for restricted categories.
