What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, high-performing senior enterprise salesperson with experience selling data-driven SaaS technology throughout the Spanish-European region, from the MarTech, AdTech, or CDP markets. The ideal candidate historically meets and exceeds quota, thrives on winning, and is willing to take the necessary steps to get there, including but not limited to aggressively prospecting and maintaining a pipeline of 4X quota, with the ability to navigate large organizations to reach key decision makers.
Candidates must be located in Spain and be fluent in Spanish and English.
Your Day to Day
- Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline in your assigned territory. Maintain a high level of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business within existing customers and new prospects.
- Build strong relationships with customers through web and in-person presentations, demonstrating product knowledge and sales best practices.
- Strategically focus and target your territory to close new business, leveraging support staff and guiding the sales prospecting team.
- Maintain proficiency in all products, understand the target buyer, MarTech and AdTech market trends, product positioning, benefits, and features, and communicate these to customers.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all prospective customers.
What You Bring To Tealium
5 to 10 years of full-cycle sales experience within a digital marketing or big data / analytics SaaS environmentFluency in Spanish and EnglishStrong track record of sales success and quota attainmentExperience selling to large enterprises and navigating complex organizationsProven success in penetrating new markets and closing new businessTechnically adept, self-motivated, and results-drivenGood presentation and public speaking skillsAbility to forecast accurately based on opportunity assessmentRetain and grow accounts by articulating Tealium’s value and delivering repeatable revenue while maintaining positive client relationshipsWillingness to travel up to 40% of the timeWage Transparency
This full-time position offers a base salary range of €80,000 to €115,000 annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based commission and equity options.
