Membership Operations - Junior Manager

RSB is seeking a technically capable and detail-oriented Membership Operations – Junior Manager. This role combines CRM system administration, process automation, and ongoing administrative support to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for RSB’s global community of members. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations and information systems who is looking to apply their skills in a purpose-driven, global non‑profit organisation.

Working alongside the Membership & Events Manager and reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, this new role will manage CRM system administration, process optimisation, and digital membership tools, enabling smooth onboarding, renewal, engagement tracking, and data‑driven decision‑making.

• Growing our offering to the RSB membership community
• Ensuring our value as a trusted partner for the development of the circular bioeconomy is articulated across all platforms
• Engaging stakeholders to support them in accessing significant opportunities offered by their membership
