As we continue growing our practice in Spain, we’re opening a pipeline for Engagement Managers, professionals who can lead ServiceNow programs with clarity, discipline, and a strong focus on value.

What You’ll Do :

As an Engagement Manager at CoreX, you’ll lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives from kickoff to closeout — ensuring customers achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Owning end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Acting as the single point of contact for customers, internal teams, and program leadership.
• Translating business objectives into structured delivery plans using CoreX and ServiceNow methodologies.
• Managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving clear decision-making.
• Leading daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, project governance, and overall program cadence.
• Anticipating risks and proactively establishing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring project documentation, records, and knowledge transfer are complete and accurate.
• Collaborating with Sales to shape Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Spotting up-sell or cross-sell opportunities and channelling them appropriately.
• Maintaining project data and reporting in our professional services tools.
