They are seeking a motivated and determined Wind Solutions Manager to join their vibrant team in Madrid and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable energy solutions. What will you be doing? Acting as the assured technical lead, driving winning proposals and presenting innovative turbine solutions to clients. Working closely with sales teams to deliver improved, tailored, and compliant project designs. Leading contract negotiations and building trusted relationships with advisors, lenders, and insurers. Delivering inspired technical workshops and presentations that set projects apart. Analysing market trends and competitors to keep solutions fresh, creative, and competitive. Are you the ideal candidate? Qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. 7–10 years of successful experience in the wind industry, especially across Europe. Strong track record in technical bidding and contract negotiation. Brave problem-solver with assured communication and cross-functional management skills.
