Global Seller Onboarding (GSO) Implementation Specialists manage the final stages of the sales funnel, working with merchants in Spain to drive a closed deal through to activation and accelerate the onboarding process. They are responsible for guiding Sellers through the onboarding journey and ensuring that Sellers' accounts are optimally configured and their users are educated, set up and trained to leverage the potential of Square's platform. They are instrumental in ensuring the documentation and tracking of feature requests to inform future product roadmaps. This is a customer-facing role that involves a combination of remote and onsite merchant interactions. This role sits on our Global Seller Onboarding (GSO), Europe team, reporting into the GSO Lead based in Ireland. We offer remote working within Madrid and surrounding areas.
