Analyst, HRIS Implementation Support, Spain, RE
Overview
Analyst role focusing on HRIS implementation support in Spain, with emphasis on Workday data preparation, migration, testing, and collaboration with HR and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Support collecting, cleansing, and validating employee data for upload into Workday.
- Support reconciliation between legacy Excel sheets and new system records.
- Assist with document migration from SharePoint into Workday document management.
- Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) of payroll integrations.
- Track and report on issues, ensuring timely resolution with HR, HRIS, other internal stakeholders and vendors (if appropriate).
- Support HR team to train employees and solve questions related to ADP and Workday implementations.
- Respond to data and document requests from HR colleagues and employees.
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer for the HR team.
Qualifications
Education : Advanced Vocational Qualification in Human Resources or aboveExperience : 2–3 years in HR administration, payroll coordination, or HRIS supportTechnical : Previous experience with HRIS (Workday); detail-oriented and capable of HR data management across systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness during transition.Data handling : Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.Languages
Fluent Spanish and English (Italian a plus)Location
