Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Casino Supervisor to oversee the operations of our gaming tables. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities Supervise the activities of casino gaming tables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Manage inventory, track expenses, and optimize revenue streams.

Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role within the gaming industry.

Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
