Client Collaboration & Demand ShapingEngage directly with client stakeholders to understand procurement needs and project objectivesTranslate business requirements into clear sourcing strategies and execution plansProvide guidance on sourcing timelines, best practices, and market expectationsSupport specific

Real Estate sourcing needs

(e.G. new retail outlets, office openings, or workspace optimization)

Sourcing Project ManagementConduct supplier market research and develop supplier shortlistsDraft and launch RFIs, RFPs, RFQs including detailed specifications, pricing templates, and evaluation criteria within Coupa and outside of CoupaCoordinate Q&A sessions and bidder conferencesConsolidate and validate supplier submissions for completeness and compliancePrepare structured evaluation matrices, facilitate scoring sessions, and support sourcing decisionsDocument all sourcing steps in line with client governance and audit requirements

Supplier Negotiation & Contracting SupportLead commercial and contractual negotiations with shortlisted suppliersIdentify value levers, manage supplier communications, and ensure alignment with client stakeholdersCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to support contracting where required

Reporting & DocumentationProvide regular updates on sourcing progress to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain sourcing documentation, ensure proper archiving and compliance with sourcing policiesCreate lessons-learned documentation and contribute to process improvements

How do we envision you?

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in

strategic sourcing and procurement

, ideally in an international environmentExperience managing sourcing projects in categories such as

Real Estate (e.G. commercial leases, fit-out, facility services)

Marketing

, or

• Corporate ServicesProven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, from scoping to awardStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate proposals from commercial, technical, and risk perspectivesExcellent stakeholder communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitudeFluent in English (C1 or above);

additional European languages (especially German or French) are a plusAdvanced MS Excel skills and experience with e-sourcing tools (e.G., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa)
