What’s the role about?
We are looking for someone to lead and oversee the payroll process for UK, France, Italy and Dubai. This role ensures that all payments are made accurately and in compliance with the labor and tax regulations of each country.
A key focus of the position will be on controlling and analyzing payroll costs, providing visibility and insights to Finance and Controlling to support strategic decision-making.
It is also a key point of reference for employees when it comes to questions about salaries, benefits, and deductions—always providing clear and approachable support.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Oversee the monthly payroll process, in collaboration with external providers.
- Analyze payroll costs and prepare regular reports for Finance and Controlling.
- Manage and keep the employee database up to date.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with different departments to make sure payroll information is aligned with business objectives.
What we’re looking for
- Solid knowledge of labor and tax legislation related to payroll.
- Attention to detail : accuracy in calculations, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills : ability to turn data into meaningful insights for the company.
- Organization and time management : delivering on deadlines without compromising quality.
- Clear communication skills : explaining complex topics in a simple and approachable way.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience handling databases.
What the role requires
- Degree in Labour Relations, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll management within international environments.
- Experience working with different countries (particularly UK, France, Italy and Dubai).
- English is a must.
