Unlock Your Potential as a Network Operations EngineerJob OverviewAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.Key Responsibilities- Acceptance tests and support for field operations with start-up installation of switches and routers from Cisco and Juniper.- Second-level incident management : handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.- Problem management : identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions, collaborating with compute automation developers to enhance automation processes.- Interface collaboration : work closely with first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS, and automation developers to ensure smooth operation and problem resolution.Requirements- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, especially Juniper (JunOS and JunOS Evo) and Cisco (NXOS, IOS XR, and IOS XE).- Proficient in network skills such as IPv6 configuration and troubleshooting, eVPN / VXLAN, BGP, and OSPF.- Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.- Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues.- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS, and developers.- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.Desirable Skills- Experience working in Agile environments.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices (e.G., Scrum, Kanban).- Ability to contribute effectively in Agile team settings and participate in Agile ceremonies.Tools & PlatformsExperience with Zabbix and Netscout.Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of our network infrastructure.
