Project Description

Operations of a Cisco ACI based Network Infrastructure for the VMWare-baed "OASIS" virtualization platform.

Acceptence Tests and support for field operations with start-up installation of Switches and Routers from Cisco and Juniper.

• 2nd-Level Incident Management : Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Interface Collaboration : Work closely with first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS (eg. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, especially Juniper (JunOS and JunOS Evo) and Cisco (NXOS, IOS XR and IOS XE)- Proficient in network skills such as IPv6 configuration and troubleshooting, eVPN / VXLAN, BGP and OSPF

Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.

Experience with Zabbix and Netscout.
