Project Controls Engineer

Overview

WORK LOCATION : Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago (U.S. Embassy)

PROJECT DURATION : 48 MONTHS WITH EXPECTED FOLLOW-ON WORK WITHIN THE DoS PROGRAM

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations of the OBO / Port of Spain office as related to the construction contract's cost and schedule, preparing reports and other control documentation
• Developing working knowledge of all administrative requirements of the construction contract and required contract deliverables
• Assuring satisfactory and timely performance of all aspects of project control, providing control of the contractor's submittals and as-built drawings
• Reviewing contractor’s monthly application for
