✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 3-5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
- Experience in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / EFK, Datadog, New Relic).
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Strong Linux / Unix and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
- Understanding of distributed systems, networks, and databases.
- Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments.
- Valuable : experience in critical incident management (on-call rotation), knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments, Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD), and a proactive, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructures.Automate deployments, monitoring, and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code and CI / CD tools.Oversee system observability : metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.Manage critical incidents, lead resolution, and execute postmortem plans.Collaborate with development teams to enhance performance, reliability, and security of services.Promote DevOps / SRE culture : automation, resilience, and continuous improvement.Optimize costs and efficiency in both cloud and on-premise environments.
