Communicate and brainstorm with clients.

Interact with all design authority teams to ensure the design complies with Allianz’s guidelines.

Arrange knowledge sharing sessions for experts coming from different fields.

Career progression / Qualifications After studying Product Design for five years in Bangkok and another year in Milan, I started my career designing physical products, e.g. an electric fan, a refrigerator or variable pieces of furniture. After a while, I directed my interests to products in digital platforms where I can still use my knowledge in design thinking, user testing and storytelling - I only needed to learn some new tools.

What’s surprising about your job When people hear the word “designer”, they usually think of a graphic designer or an artist. However, graphic designers and artists usually work based on self-expression and emotion where the outcome has to be beautiful or to convey a certain message. UI / UX designers, on the other hand, are based on users’ needs and business requirements with the expected outcome to be useful and meaningful.

What’s your main career advice? What inspires you? Be open to feedback, be willing to adapt and share your thoughts honestly but consider other’s feelings.
